Teen Parents

Vi Griffith, Marsha Wilson, Jeanette Jimenez, and their volunteer staff reach out to teen moms and dads in the Long Beach, San Gabriel Valley, San Bernardino, and Fullerton areas. These ministries altogether include:

•  Free prepared childbirth classes
•  Group baby showers
•  Weekly support groups
•  Bible studies
•  Special speakers
•  Individual relationships with Christian women
•  Teen Couples Bible Study

How Can I Help?

•  Baby-sitting for the support group
•  Baking cookies for support group
•  Teaching a Lamaze class
•  Leading a small group
•  Contributing financially
•  Being committed to pray regularly
•  Becoming a mentor to a teen mom
•  Becoming a “Pen Pal” to a teen mom
•  Donating $60 to buy a carseat for teen mom and her baby

Our TLC Mission

To break the cycle of teen pregnancy and abuse. To demonstrate Christian love and support to teen moms and dads. To promote Christian growth in teen moms and dads who desire to follow God.
